Shipping
Orders worldwide, outside the Euro-Zone: Orders are shipped in letter envelopes from the Netherlands, Europe. One disc is placed in a protective tyvek sleeve, taped to a heavy card stock, and put in a greeting card size envelope. Only one item is placed in each envelope, to keep the thickness below what is considered to be a "parcel". Because the items ship as letters, they are not subject to search or being opened. If you order 5 items, you will receive five separate envelopes. We do not ship more than one item per day, so your items will arrive on different days.

Orders to the Euro-Zone countries: parcels are shipped in bubble mailers from the Netherlands, Europe. If you order only one item, it will be packaged as above, for the non-euro zone countries. For multiple item orders, each disc is placed in a protective tyvek sleeve, items are stacked, shrink wrapped, and placed in the poly-mailer for heat-sealing We do not use any tape or adhesive to seal your orders. ANY tampering will be plainly obvious, so if your item arrives taped closed, please report it to us! Customers receiving our new secure parcels willl have the convenience of all items arriving at the same time, and in a much more discreet way. We do not put any indication of our company name or any other text other than our address on the envelope. We send our parcels with tracking, so if they are lost, we will not have to rely on your report alone.

We ship our orders as soon as they arrive in our office (fully funded orders). Mailing times vary, but discs tend to arrive within 2-5 business days for European addresses, and up to 2 weeks for USA/Asia/Australia. The return address on all items is Philip Pijthon, with our company address. We've decided that rather than show our company name, it is more discreet to send them from a "private individual". In Dutch, the letters "ij" replace the letter "y", thus "Python" is spelled incorrectly as "Pijthon".

We recognize that your item may be confiscated by your government's postal system (or stolen by a postal carrier). If you fail to receive any one item within 45 days of mailing your payment to us, we will replace up to one disc at no charge, after that time has passed. Multiple complaints of missing items will require payment of a re-shipment charge of 10€ (or equivalent currency conversion for other payment methods) per item re-shipped, and this may also result in our not accepting future orders from you.

With the addition of the Liberty Reserve payment option, we have now given all customers the opportunity to pay by a variety of different funding methods. You can put money into your Liberty Reserve account by credit card (fees are usually about 50%), wire transfer, check, Western Union, and others. Please click on the appropriate link at the top of this page for the payment method you wish to use.

We will also accept DIRECT Western Union payments, which may be initiated from the internet and funded directly with a credit card. Please be aware that this payment method will cost you 17% in western union direct fees, and more if you are not using a "debit card". You will also be required to send an additional 5% over our catalog rates shown on our the "Liberty Reserve" payment page for pricing of Western Union payments, because that is our cost on receiving the western union funds in non-euro currency. If you want to send payment for your order via western union, please ask for our receiving details. We can also quote you exact prices if you are confused about western union costs.
