All payments sent to us must be based upon the Euro, the currency of the Netherlands.

Log in to your Liberty Reserve account, and send us a payment in Euro, based upon the table above. Our Liberty Reserve account number is U9967479 - the name on the account is "Python International, BV" - If you have never sent a Liberty Reserve payment before, please read the FAQ at the bottom of this page. If you already have a Liberty Reserve account, you may use this direct link to make your payment: https://sci.libertyreserve.com/?lr_acc=U9967479

Orders worldwide, outside the Euro-Zone: Orders are shipped in letter envelopes from the Netherlands, Europe. One disc is placed in a protective tyvek sleeve, taped to a heavy card stock, and put in a greeting card size envelope. Only one item is placed in each envelope, to keep the thickness below what is considered to be a "parcel". Because the items ship as letters, they are not subject to search or being opened. If you order 5 items, you will receive five separate envelopes. We do not ship more than one item per day, so your items will arrive on different days.

Orders to the Euro-Zone countries: parcels are shipped in bubble mailers from the Netherlands, Europe. If you order only one item, it will be packaged as above, for the non-euro zone countries. For multiple item orders, each disc is placed in a protective tyvek sleeve, items are stacked, shrink wrapped, and placed in the poly-mailer for heat-sealing We do not use any tape or adhesive to seal your orders. ANY tampering will be plainly obvious, so if your item arrives taped closed, please report it to us! Customers receiving our new secure parcels willl have the convenience of all items arriving at the same time, and in a much more discreet way. We do not put any indication of our company name or any other text other than our address on the envelope. We send our parcels with tracking, so if they are lost, we will not have to rely on your report alone.

We ship our orders as soon as they arrive in our office (fully funded orders). Mailing times vary, but discs tend to arrive within 2-5 business days for European addresses, and up to 2 weeks for USA/Asia/Australia. The return address on all items is Philip Pijthon, with our company address. We've decided that rather than show our company name, it is more discreet to send them from a "private individual". In Dutch, the letters "ij" replace the letter "y", thus "Python" is spelled incorrectly as "Pijthon".

We recognize that your item may be confiscated by your government's postal system (or stolen by a postal carrier). If you fail to receive any one item within 45 days of mailing your payment to us, we will replace up to one disc at no charge, after that time has passed. Multiple complaints of missing items will require payment of a re-shipment charge of 10€ (or equivalent currency conversion for other payment methods) per item re-shipped, and this may also result in our not accepting future orders from you.

Here are some frequently asked questions about Liberty Reserve:

Q: What is Liberty Reserve?
A: Simply put, it is an electronic money exchange using the interface provided via the internet. You buy euro balance (LR-EURO) by any number of different methods, which funds your personal account - this is done using the services of an independant agent. You can then exchange euro balance with any other account holder. They in turn can keep the balance in euro, or "cash out" via an independant agent. You can buy Liberty Reserve with a credit card (fees are fairly high, about 50%), or wire transfer, bank check, western union, etc. Once you buy the euro balance, the value of the account is locked to that currency, and will not fluctuate based on market prices. You can get much more info from the Liberty Reserve website directly.

Q: Why would I use Liberty Reserve instead of sending a direct wire payment to Python International?
A: If you want to conceal the transaction for our products from anyone who might review your bank account records, you can use a wire transfer to fund a Liberty Reserve account. Then, using a private send transaction (only 75 cents extra cost), no record is made of who you paid through that system either. We prefer that you send us a wire directly, but if this is not an option for you, we offer Liberty Reserve as an alternative. It is *not* easier to fund your dvd order this way, only more secure if you have people in your household or office who may scrutinize a purchase to our company.

Q: How do I get a Liberty Reserve account?
A: Sign up for one following this link. Then, Click on the "create account" link.

Q: How do I put money into my Liberty Reserve account?
A: There are two ways to put money in your Liberty Reserve account. The first and most cost effective way is to receive payment in Liberty Reserve from another account holder. It takes only a few seconds for transactions to clear and settle this way.

The second way is to exchange your national currency for Liberty Reserve using the services of an independent exchange provider.

Q: How do I fund a Liberty Reserve account with a credit card?
A: With great difficulty. Honestly, if you can only fund via a credit card, you are probably going to have an easier time sending us money through western union dot com. There are only a few exchangers offering in-exchange to Liberty Reserve via a credit card. And ALL of them require you fax a copy of your identification along with some other documents like a utility bill to verify your identity. Visa and Master Card have been very rude to all merchants trying to take small payments for cash conversion. Also, fraud is a big problem for companies accepting cards from web-based customers, when no tangible goods are shipped. So it's not easy to fund Liberty Reserve via your credit card. I wish it were easier, but it is not.

Electrum is the only one on the current Liberty Reserve preferred exchangers list offering credit card currency buys - and they do not list their fees for a very good reason - they are ridiculously high (50%). There are other services, most easily located with the following google web search: "buy Liberty Reserve with a credit card". Please be warned, most of the services you find on the net (the ones not listed in the Liberty Reserve exchangers list) are NOT REPUTABLE and can easily take your money. The safest way to pay us is still bank wire transfer. Cash is good, if sent properly, but less secure than wire. All other payment methods are more difficult, or more expensive - unless you already have Liberty Reserve balance in your account.
